Phone calls and text messages

By providing your phone number to Hyperion, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Hyperion at that number, including via automated technology, for purposes related to your inquiry, your account, our services, and applicable marketing. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

As part of rental applications, leases, and related services, primary applicants and residents may provide information about household members under 13. That information is collected from the adult, not the child, and is used solely for property management, leasing, and compliance purposes.
