Hyperion Holdings, Inc. Acquires 1301 18th Street in Racine, Establishing New Corporate Headquarters

Racine, WI — February 9, 2026

Hyperion Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has closed on the purchase of the 100,000-square-foot commercial property located at 1301 18th Street, Racine, Wisconsin. The acquisition, completed on Friday, February 6, 2026, will serve as the new headquarters for Hyperion Property Management, the leading property management firm in Racine and across Wisconsin.

“This investment reflects our confidence in Racine’s economic future. I could not be more excited to invest in this community that I know so well. I was born in the hospital just 14 blocks from this building and lived in a home 12 blocks away.”— Sam Wahlen, CEO of Hyperion Holdings, Inc.

Hyperion Property Management manages hundreds of residential, commercial, and industrial units across eight counties in Wisconsin and is widely recognized as the most technologically advanced property management company in the state. Establishing its headquarters in Racine reinforces Hyperion’s long-term commitment to the community while positioning the firm for continued growth.

“Hyperion Property Management is the leading property manager, not just in Racine, but in Southeastern Wisconsin. Establishing our headquarters here will enable us to grow and provide a better quality of service to our clients, our residents, and our vendors. This investment will result in better housing and jobs in our community.”— Sam Wahlen

The building, which currently houses a variety of contractors, was selected for its unique balance of professional office space, logistical capacity, and operational flexibility. The property also offers significant room for long-term growth as Hyperion continues to expand its footprint throughout the region. The building will undergo significant capital investment to bring it up to Hyperion’s quality and operational standards. Once complete, the headquarters is expected to serve as a catalyst for additional industry investment and economic activity in the area.

Hyperion’s leadership philosophy remains grounded in accountability and service. As Wahlen noted, “We have always subscribed to the concept that you cannot always make everyone happy in property management, but there is nothing stopping us from waking up each morning to try.”
